Urban Decay Eye Shadow in Gunmetal

Another Urban Decay eye shadow I'm going to review is Gunmetal and it is a part of the Urban Decay Book of Shadows Volume 2. This is also included in the regular line of UD eye shadows.

Gunmetal is described gray with silver glitters

As you can see in the picture, Gunmetal's pigmentation becomes more intense when done with foiling and I love how it looks. Just a few swipe from the brush creates an intense color true it's name- Gunmetal.

You can also use Gunmetal without wetting your brush and the color is buildable if you want a softer look of grey.

Personally I like using Gunmetal with the foiling method; it really looks like the shade of gunmetal.

Although it's not visible in the photos, Gunmetal has glitters in it but I prefer not having glitters on my eyeshadow so I use a fan brush to dust away the glitters; it is quite hard to do so because the glitter sticks but that's a yay for glitter lovers ^.^

  2. @Katie yup it's very pretty ^.^ I should have discovered the joys of foiling Urban Decay eye shadows earlier instead of applying it dry...
